In our shop Angolo dei Sapori, you will find our farm’s products as well as those of other local farms.

FARM SHOP OPENING HOURS
Monday to Saturday
Morning: from 8.30 to 13.00
Afternoon: from 16.00 to 19.00

PRODUCT FROM OUR FARM:

• Cured meats and sausages (salami, bacon, ossocollo and sausages (including cotechino and marcundela) from October to March
• Brovada (pickled turnips) – from October to March
• Pestat (pork lard minced with herbs from our garden) from October to March
• White asparagus during April and May
• Peaches, including the yellow-flesh, nectarine and saturnine varieties during June and July
• Peach juice and peach jam
• Asparagus cream, asparagus preserved in oil or vinegar

PRODUCTS FROM LOCAL FARMS:

• Hard and soft cheeses (mozzarella, stracchino, ricotta) from the “La Bonifica” farm in Fossalon (GO)
• Honey from the “Colli di Buttrio” farm in Buttrio (UD)
• Apples, apple juice and apple vinegar from the “La Ferula” farm in Staranzano (GO)
• Tomato passata from the “Bibalo” farm in Grado (GO)
• Polenta flour, white and wholemeal wheat flour and farro flour from the “Blasizza” farm in Moraro (GO)
